The „Diamantclub van Antwerpen“ is run by a Board of Directors made up of 14 members elected from among and by the members/partners for a period of four years. The members of the board may be re-elected. Every two years, half of the Board of Directors in turn resign and are able to renew their mandate.

Several Committees operate within the Board of Directors, each devoting itself to a number of specific areas of the Diamantclub's management. Important decisions are nevertheless always taken by the Board of Directors.
